Injection moulding filters, engineered to your specification.
An injection-moulded filter is only as good as the fit between geometry, material, and medium. We engineer all three together.
The process
Built to the application
We start from your requirement and design the part around it. Tooling, material, and moulding parameters are set to the application not the other way around.
Every injection-moulded filter we make is built for a specific system, never adapted from a generic mould.

Material selection
Polymer · medium · pressure
The right polymer depends on what the filter will face: temperature, pressure, and the medium itself.
We match material to application from more than a decade of doing exactly that, so the part holds up where it has to.
Machine park
22–120 t · 0.5–240 g
Our Dr. BOY and ENGEL machines deliver 22 to 120 tons of clamping force and produce plastic parts from 0.5 to 240 grams.
That range lets us move from fine, intricate components to larger structural housings without leaving our own floor and keeps tolerance and quality under one set of hands.
Filter encapsulation and overmoulding
One sealed part
We overmould mesh directly into the plastic body, bonding the filtering element and housing into a single sealed part.
Encapsulation removes a joint, and every joint removed is one less path for contamination. The result is a cleaner, stronger filter with fewer points of failure.
