Stainless steel and plastic mesh filter modelling.
The mesh is where filtration actually happens. We shape it to the medium and bond it to last.

Mesh types
Steel · plastic
We model both stainless steel and plastic mesh. A stainless steel mesh filter suits demanding media — oils, fuels, higher temperatures and pressures where strength and chemical resistance matter.
Plastic mesh filters fit lighter-duty and cost sensitive applications. The choice follows the application, and we advise on it.
How mesh is integrated
OVERMOULDING
A filter is only as reliable as the seal between mesh and housing. We integrate the two in one of two ways: overmoulding the mesh directly into the injection moulded body, or joining them by ultrasonic welding. Both produce a clean, permanent bond no adhesives, no loose edges.
Fit to specification
Built to brief
Mesh aperture, geometry, and integration method are all set to your requirement. There is no standard part here.
There is the mesh your medium needs, sealed the way your system demands so the only thing that passes through is what's meant to.
